What payment method can I use to pay for my order?

At the current moment, we are only accepting payments through PayPal system. This is to offer our customers the safest way of paying for their order.


Which countries do you ship to?

We offer shipping to Jamaica and The United States of America.


How do I know that my order is shipped?

Once you have made a purchase and the item is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you with your unique tracking number.


How long does it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

Orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 business hours from the order date. It will take 5 - 7 business days for standard delivery anywhere within Jamaica.

Please note that Electi Charms is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as shipping times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. Electi Charms does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, packages stating delivered by Courier or Postal Service, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

For more information on international custom fees please contact your postal office or local government. Electi Charms does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives. 


I made a mistake with my order, how do I fix this?

Provided that you realize this mistake within 24 hours of your purchase, we may be able to help you. You can send us an email and we will try to rectify the situation the soonest time possible.

Contact us as soon as you become aware of this issue and we will try our very best to get this problem sorted in a timely manner.
